Wed Night

Technique was the same as this morning (side-control escapes).

Rolling was KOTH. This time the purps did not start down as James wanted to take pity on those of us who were doing two-a-days.

After class I rolled once with Rachael and once with Julio.

I have nothing positive to say about how I rolled tonight. So I'm going to leave it at that.
