Completed in 15:11

Did not warm up sufficiently as hips (flexors?) are wrecked.  :)  Wanted to go relatively light b/c there might be a lot of rolling in BJJ tonight.  As a cooldown, did sets of pullups and ab work.  Did 20 pullups in total and 60 ab movements.
