Played ultimate frisbee during lunch. Weather was about 42 degrees and sunny. Field was so-so. Still some snow on it, was dried out on one side but wet on the other. Played 4x3 and it was competitive, but I felt like I didn't play well. Haven't played in a week, so that should come as no surprise. Didn't feel especially winded, so I don't think I was sprinting as hard as I could have. Couldn't throw well under pressure and wasn't doing well with our defensive scheme (I was on the side with 4). Did better in the last 30mins, but wasn't really happy with my performance.
That's what I get for playing on my rest day. :)
