Don't Forget Rest Days

Felt like poo all day.  Didn't work out, got some decent sleep and surprisingly felt much better the next day.  Looking back at my training log, realized a rest day was probably in order.

Good class. Went over the triple threat sit-up sweep, kimura and guillotine.  Worked on transitioning from mount to back mount when your opponent tries to trap-n-roll.  Worked on transitioning to kimura when opponent tries to push your leg down while they are mounted.  Did a bit of good cop/bad cop. No free rolling.

Gym. Worked back squats, deadlifts and bench. The cage wasn't available for most of my squatting and DLs. Still more concerned about form, so grabbed a bar from a bench.

Overall happy with the workout. Wanted to bench some more, but had to get home and ready for work. Need to do more pullups.
