September Goals
3 Hero WODs (Griff, Jerry, 31 Heroes)
1 mile run < 10min
Mobility (At least 2x week)
10 TTB
Pushups (At least 100 week)
Will be continuing strength work of course. Not sure what would be feasible for the month going 3x week on GSLP (maybe). Would like to get my squat to 135lb x 3 and maybe 155lb x 3 on the deadlift with good form. Bench...meh...if I do it more than once a week, 135lb x 3 ought to be achievable.

Pretty random workout. My mind wasn't on a particular program, I just picked things to do. That's what happens when you go into the gym not feeling great.
My form wasn't as good as I'd like on the heavy deads. I took my shoes off (running shoes with orthotics) for the latter half of the deads and squats. Knee movement was much more noticeable without the shoes.
Was so close to getting 7 complete rounds on the metcon but the pushups did me in. No wonder, it ended up being over 100 pushups! I could probably give the Angie workout a whirl some point soon.
Probably not approaching the weighted pullups right...I just keep going for low rep max instead of doing more reps at a lower weight.
